Donation Terms & Refund Policy

1) Scope

These Donation Terms & Refund Policy (“Donation Terms”) apply to contributions made to Homefront Heroes Project through our website checkout or other donation methods we make available.

2) What your contribution supports

Homefront Heroes Project raises support for causes serving U.S. military veterans. Updates on selected causes and directed support will be published as they become available and approved for release.

3) Payment processing

Payments are processed through the payment methods presented during checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payment availability, authorization, and processing times may vary by provider.

4) Receipts and acknowledgments

After a contribution is completed, we aim to provide a confirmation and receipt to the email address you provide. Please keep your receipt for your records.

5) Recurring contributions (if available)

If recurring contributions are offered during checkout, your payment method will be charged automatically on the schedule you select until you cancel. Instructions for managing recurring contributions will be provided in your confirmation message or account area (if enabled).

6) Refunds

If you believe a contribution was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account payment processor constraints and applicable law.

  • Processing time: Refund timelines may vary by payment method and processor.
  • Fees: Some payment processor fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank/card provider, we may be limited in our ability to process a separate refund.

7) Privacy

We use donor information to process contributions, provide receipts, and respond to inquiries. For details about how we collect and use personal information, please review our Privacy Policy (draft).

8) Changes to these terms

We may update these Donation Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
